My baby sister, when we were younger we may not have always gotten along because i was more focused on guiding you and being a roll model than being a playful sister. However, I have watched you grow from a little girl running in the backyard as a horse to a wonderful and amazing young woman. It has been a wonderful journey baby sister and I am glad that you are here with me. Thank you for standing by me on my wedding day. I love you :-)

However, now that we have grown I have relaized you do not need someone to protect you anymore or to guide you, no instead you are a grown woman who now is standing by me and helping me marry my one and only. You were a little girl when your uncle Jeff introduced us. I remember when I would come over your grandparent's house and watch you and you would play with my hair (but you would say ou were heling me) and make very interesting hairstyles and we would just laugh. And now you are this beautiful and inspiring young lady who is making insteresting hairstyles of your own now :-) and helping me once again by standing by me as I wed your uncle Jeff. Thank you. I love you. 

You are not only a friend but a brother. We have been through a lot with each other over the many years we have known each other. We watched each other grow from children to adults and we have had a incredible journey doing so. We have gone from playing warrior and superheroes (going off to fight the big bad lion), from assisting me in causing trouble.....mostly trying to talk me out of it. Now, here we are with you, standing as my bestman. Thank you. 

We have experianced some crazy times together. From you marrying my sister to our interesting evenings out. You have shared much of your traditions with us and I am not only honored to use some of those traditions at our wedding but to have you standng up with me on such a important day. Thank you.
